Abdullah Humaid from Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club was in a brilliant form over the weekend while participating in the show jumping competitions held at the Club premises. The competitions held on December 1 and 2, 2005, were sponsored by the UAE Equestrian and Racing Federation.

Humaid clinched first places in Class 8: A1 One round with Jump-Off category riding Quatro-H (95.43 seconds) and in Class 7: B1, A2 One Round with Jump-Off category riding Tip Top (47.16 seconds). He finished second riding Tip Top again in the Class 4: A2 Two Phases category.

In the Class 8: A 1 category, second and third places respectively went to Mohammed Al Kumaithi from Ajman Equestrian Club, AJEC, riding Al Mutawakel (98.20 seconds) and Mohammed Rashid Al Suwaidi, also from AJEC, riding Matahad (98.64 seconds).

Class 7: B1, A2 One Round with Jump-Off:
2nd place: Sheikha Latifa Al Maktoum, Emirates Riding Centre, (Quidam's Pride, 50.09 seconds) 3rd place: Mohammed Al Kumaiti, AJEC, (Ivamanti, 53.26 seconds)

Class 4: A2: Two Phases
1st place: Ahmed Ameen, AJEC (Caleeto, 31.52 seconds) 3rd place: Ahmed Ahmeed, AJEC, (Al Mutamaken, 33.58 seconds)

Class 3: B2, Two Phases
1st place: Hamad Al Kirbi, Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club, (Henreb, 23.89 seconds) 2nd place: Sheikh Majid A. Al Qassimi, SERC, (Kalyso Du Bois, 25.46 seconds) 3rd place: Saif Omar Thabit, Abu Dhabi Equestrian Club (Elp. St. Clair, 25.69 seconds).
