Having received the independent laboratory reports on MCP Tests in respect of horse "Secret d'Amour" and horse "Matahab" the NF has accepted that the "Persons Responsible" (Art 129.1), namely Mr. Abdullah Al Mari and Mr. Mohammed Al Suwaid, have contravened NF Rules, incl. Art 120 and Annex B.
